Blue Pillar CEO Tom Willie describes the company's overall solution portfolio.
Blue Pillar fundamentally does three things for our customers. First, we go into facilities that have highly complex and largely disparate assets: different boilers, different generators, different switches, different meters and all different types of complex multi-vendor assets. We put in place a secured network of asset capabilities that can bring those assets up to a centralized database architecture with our product, Aurora.
Secondly, we take advantage of the assets in those local facilities to be able to give that facility operator insight into their energy capabilities, their operational capabilities, their compliance capabilities and overall health and readiness of the facility. In addition, we allow them to control those assets in that facility in a way that enables them to enroll in demand response or completely automate many of their joint commission testing (if you're a health care facility, for example).
Thirdly, we have a product called Avise Foresite, which really is the first offering in the centralized facilities management portfolio of Blue Pillar. It takes all those local assets for those local facilities and brings them up to a corporate level for a corporate owner of largely geographically dispersed multi-site operations.
